Discover being resourceful by learning to manage repurposed and recycled materials to create unique and interesting small sculptures, contemporary jewellery, or artworks for your interior. Using unconventional and unusual textile materials, there will be an emphasis on exploring techniques that can also be applied to create light shades, baskets, sculptures, cushions and more - the choices are huge with your outcomes being totally unexpected and surprising.

This practical hands-on small group workshop is based around Maggy facilitating and challenging you in an environment that is encouraging and stimulating. Maggy will provide technical guidance and share her extensive knowledge of working with a range of textile media, fostering experimentation and exciting growth in your personal art-making journey.

Maggy is an experienced tutor - she has a vast knowledge of many art and craft techniques, and has attended numerous residencies and exhibited her work nationally and internationally, including receiving several WOW awards.
