Enrolment
Once your workshop payment has been confirmed you will receive a receipt via email. Your workshop tutor will contact you with any specific details about your workshop that you need to know.
Check that all your personal details and the details of the workshop that you are attending are correct.
Yes, absolutely! Take advantage while you are in the region to indulge in more than one workshop.
You will need to inform NZ Textile Experiences in writing of your cancellation immediately.
Refer to the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Unfortunately, we have a limited number of places however, we are keen to accommodate you if we can. Please contact us and if necessary we will put you on a wait list.
Payments
It is easy to book your courses online! Simply go to the workshop of your choice, click 'Add to Cart' which will take you to our checkout area where you will be asked to select your payment option.
We currently offer payment by:
- Credit/debit card
- PayPal
- AfterPay
Please contact us if you wish to enquire about about an alternative payment option.
Workshops
Workshops provide equipment, tools and basic materials. Most workshops require a $10-$15 materials charge which is payable direct to the tutor at the commencement of the workshop.
Your tutor will inform you of what is required specifically for your workshop in their welcome letter which will be emailed to you once your workshop enrolment is confirmed.
- Receipt of your workshop enrolment
- Wear suitable clothing for workshop. Eg for Eco Dyeing you will require shoes that can be worn in a garden tour, raincoat if there is an unexpected shower of rain, sunscreen and hat for sunny days etc.
- Exercise book and pen if you wish to take workshop notes
- Lunch if it is not provided
- Cash for materials charge if there is one
Each workshop is held at a different venue. Before enrolling, please contact us to discuss your individual needs and we will do our best to assist you.
Visitors to the Region
Nelson is a short 40 minute flight from Wellington and 50 minute flight from Christchurch.
You can also drive to the Nelson/Tasman region from elsewhere in the South Island, or from the North Island using either the Interislander or Bluebridge ferry service.
Some of the workshop venues have accommodation onsite which is indicated on the workshop description.
