This one day workshop is designed to introduce you to contemporary embroidery and textile collage.

Sally will guide you through mastering a number of embroidery stitches which will allow you to create your own sampler for future reference. Using your newly found skills, you will then either stitch a needle book or jar cosy.

Sally is an experienced painter and textile artist who enjoys passing on her knowledge to others. Using recycled and repurposed fabrics, Sally will introduce you to the world of slow stitching. This workshop is suitable for absolute beginners or rusty stitchers.
